Previous T-Shirt Design Winners

The second Annual Big Read art and logo design competition was awarded to Anatoly Parker, an eighth grade student enrolled at Whitewater Middle School. The winning design will be printed on the official Big Read t-shirt that will be given away at Big Read events throughout the month of April. The judges were impressed with Anatoly’s strikingly complex mosaic of Poe images that wove into a frame around a central portrait of the author. A student of Stacy Johnson’s, Anatoly was inspired by Poe’s most famous pieces of literature especially The Raven, and the Fall of the House of Usher.
